We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, right on the mall and within easy walking distance to everything. The hotel is conveniently located near the tourism lift, making it very convenient for arrival and departure. The staff provided excellent service, with prompt room service and delicious food. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities provided. The hotel also offers additional services such as car hire, dry cleaning, and laundry. we were very impressed with the quality and comfort of this hotel.

The hotel is quite old and demand renovation.Staff speaks English badly except one person. Reception does not work properly, forget things like ordering taxi, can not calculate money correctly, you need to double check always (as in each place in India by the way :). Breakfast was promised to start at 8 (which is quite late in comparison to other places we stayed before), and never started at 8, normally 8.30.

Reception staff were unpleasent and uninviting. They could do with a course in customer relations.

Stayed at Willow Banks for 2 nights in October. The location of the hotel on the main Mall Road was perfect. We enjoyed the convenience of being able to easily explore and jog along the Mall Road. The rooms were decent and comfortable. The highlight of our stay was the excellent food, whether it was the breakfast buffet or the ala carte menu. The couple spa experience was also fantastic, offering great massages at a reasonable price. we had a good experience, despite the slightly higher prices. Despite a couple of minor drawbacks, I would recommend this hotel for its location, food, and amenities.

We stayed at a hotel located in the center of all the tourist attractions and shopping streets, just a few minutes walk from everything on Mall Road and a craft market. The view from the terrace was great, and the restaurant provided a decent meal. The room was a reasonable size, and the basic facilities worked just fine.

Sadly, some of the staff members seemed to be undertrained and didn't provide the best service during our time there.
